Sip Life

Cork the Bottle

Does This Sound Familiar?

  • You’re successful, smart, strong-willed, and high-functioning but…

  • A glass turns into at least three or four before the night ends.

  • You notice it affecting your performance at work, your health. And your relationships.

  • You’ve tried to control your drinking but… it controls you. You’re fed up with guilt and shame and ready to break the cycle.

Or…

  • You’ve managed to break the cycle, only to realize: drinking was just a symptom.

  • You live with unresolved trauma, stress, or unhealthy coping patterns like smoking, procrastination, unhealthy eating, and more.

  • You’re ready to look within and go deeper. You want to create a life that is healthier, calmer, and truly exciting.

What If Instead…

Alcohol Isn’t The Problem

Struggling with alcohol isn’t about willpower, it’s about wiring.

We’re conditioned to believe alcohol brings connection, relaxation, or relief. That’s why quitting through willpower often fails. For high-achieving individuals, drinking goes hand in hand with ambition, pressure, social norms, and nervous system overload.

Real change is more than quitting. It requires unpacking what’s underneath and learning how to meet your needs in new, sustainable ways.

That’s where I come in. I help individuals reshape their relationship with alcohol not through shame or discipline, but through curiosity, neuroscience, and self-inquiry.

An iceberg with labeled issues such as emotional crutch, unresolved traumas, unmet needs, lack of energy, escapism, and relationship difficulties, illustrating hidden emotional challenges beneath the surface.

How it works

Uncover the Truth

Lasting change begins with honesty. You’ll uncover the deeper reasons alcohol plays a role in your life. Then, you’ll create a vision and blueprint that excites, motivates, and pulls you forward. We’ll define your WHY.

Get Empowered

Real transformation starts in the mind. You’ll learn to rewrite your story and strengthen your self-trust. You’ll gain tools for shifting your mindset, calming your thoughts, and reclaiming control over your behavior.

Change the Pattern

You’ll build new habits and shift how your brain and body respond to cravings. As a new routine sets in, alcohol’s pull begins to fade. You’ll develop a healthier, more grounded lifestyle in every area of your life.

Why Me?

I’m a significantly better coach than web-designer… All jokes aside, if you’re reading this, chances are you’ve already worked with me, or you know someone who has and thought it might be a good fit. A little about me: I was raised in Paris in an alcoholic family by an American mother and a French father. I know firsthand the justifications different cultures use for drinking in excess, and how family trauma gets passed on.

After earning my PhD from Oxford, I trained as a certified coach specializing in substance abuse recovery. I’ve worked in high pressured environments - whether in athletics, academia, or entrepreneurship - which is why I work exclusively with high-achieving clients around the world to transform their relationship with alcohol and move beyond it.

Let’s Chat

Like marmite, I’m not for everyone. Similarly, I don’t do sales pitches. If you are interested, book a discovery call. We’ll meet virtually, I’ll get to know a bit about you and your challenges, and you’ll get a feel for how I work. After the call, you get to decide if you want to work with me.

Simple. Human. No BS.

Worried I’ll flood your inbox? Don’t be. I’ll send you one single follow-up email. That’s it.
